On May 17, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a phone conversation with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to congratulate him on his birthday, reports the national portal “Adyrna.”
Shavkat Mirziyoyev wished President Tokayev success in his responsible role and expressed his best wishes for the prosperity and well-being of the Kazakh people. During the conversation, the two leaders discussed the development of the Kazakh-Uzbek strategic partnership, as well as the strengthening of good neighborly relations and alliance.
Particular attention was given to expanding cooperation in trade, industrial collaboration, logistics, agriculture, tourism, education, and culture.
It is worth noting that earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko also congratulated the Head of State on his birthday.
