Murat Nurtileu has been appointed as the Head of the Presidential Administration. Earlier, this position was held by Erlan Koshanov. Koshanov has been appointed as the Chairman of the Majilis today.
"Murat Abugalievich Nurtileu should be appointed Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the statement reads. Murat Nurtileu's career is as follows:
1998-2007 - served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2007-2011 - Chief of Staff of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2011-2014. - served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2014-2016 - served in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2016-2019 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Finland and the Republic of Estonia;
2019-2021 - Aide to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2021-2022 - Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From January 5, 2022 - First Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
