Demand for security guards, accountants, salesmen and drivers will remain in Kazakhstan in 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan reports, the national portal Adyrna reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
According to the Forecast Department of JSC "Center for Human Resources Development" (hereinafter - ERDO), the number of employees in Kazakhstan this year is 6.8-6.9 million people. The demand for employees is 188.6 thousand people, half of which corresponds to the demand for the replacement of outgoing employees. In addition, security guards, accountants, salespeople and drivers are the most popular in the labor market and remain in great demand.
