"Today I signed an important decree. There will be a minute of national silence in memory of all those killed in the Great Patriotic War, "he said in a video address on Wednesday.
"We lost everything from the Russian invasion. Because the invaders were frightened, "he added.
"Every day in the whole country we remember the Ukrainians who died at 9 o'clock in the morning. Military and civilian. Adults and children .. Everyone! If Russia does not start this war, we will remember all those who can still live, "said President Zelensky.
