Kazakhstan is on the list of countries with the cheapest gasoline. The cost of fuel in our country is three times lower than the world average. This was reported by the national portal "Adyrna" with reference to the site GlobalPetrolPrices.

The average price of gasoline in the world is $ 1.32 per liter. There are significant differences in gasoline prices between different countries. According to the portal, prices are usually higher in rich countries, while prices are lower in poor countries and oil-producing and exporting countries. The only difference is that the United States is an economically developed country with a relatively low cost of gasoline.

Differences in prices in different countries are due to different taxes and subsidies on gasoline. The author of the article noted that all countries can achieve the same price of oil on the international market, but different taxes. As a result, gasoline prices fluctuate.

The cheapest gasoline, according to experts, is sold in Venezuela and costs $ 0.025 (about 12 tenge) per liter. It is followed by Libya, Iran, Syria, Algeria, Angola and Kuwait.

Kazakhstan ranks eighth in the ranking at $ 0.393 per liter. According to experts, this is about 199 tenge.

Russia is in 11th place. The cost of fuel is $ 0.431, or 218 tenge. In Saudi Arabia (19th place) gasoline is sold for $ 0.621 (314 tenge).

According to experts, the most expensive gasoline costs $ 2,879 (1457 tenge) in Hong Kong, $ 2,477 (1253 tenge) in Monaco and $ 2,432 (1230 tenge) in the Netherlands.
