The company is responsible for automated and centralized control of the city's outdoor lighting system. At the end of December 2021, by the decision of the then mayor of Almaty Bakytzhan Sagintayev, SCE "Almaty Kala Zharyk" was implemented through a tender. The winner was ABM Group.com LLP. The deal amounted to 4.6 billions tenge, the estimated cost is 14.8 billions tenge.
