The money allocated by the state as an investment subsidy to the subjects of the agro-industrial complex became the target of theft according to the following scheme: individuals contacted the farmers themselves, filled out applications and financial documents on their behalf, in which the price of equipment supplied for pasture irrigation was doubled, and the difference was stolen.
The court found all the defendants in this case guilty of the offense, sentenced them to 5 and 6 years in prison and were arrested in the courtroom.
