Academician Orazaly Sabden, President of the Union of Scientists of Kazakhstan, shares his thoughts on the modernization of society in an interview with the national portal "Adyrna". According to the scientist, it is necessary to create a system that understands Abay's idea of a "complete person". "Now political modernization has begun, and revival in other spheres is partially underway.
