Israel is discussing the possibility of allowing Hamas leaders, including its militant wing, to leave the Gaza Strip in exchange for the release of all hostages. This was announced by the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to reports, this will allow the war to end in a short period of time and at the same time the stated goals of destroying the group's infrastructure in the enclave will be achieved.
The publication noted that the physical destruction of all Hamas personnel and infrastructure in the Gaza Strip within the framework of the current military campaign would take several years, and most importantly, would result in huge losses.
