Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in the meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to be held in Minsk on November 23. He asked for "understanding" of this decision, but did not say the reason for the refusal, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.

"Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko talked by phone. "The Prime Minister of Armenia informed the President of Belarus that he would not be able to participate in the meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council and said that he hoped that his colleagues in the CSTO would understand this decision," the Interfax agency reported.

After the conversation, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko warned Pashinyan "not to take hasty steps towards disintegration." Lukashenko's press secretary Natalya Eismont said about it.
