Kazakhstan students won the world Olympiad in robotics

Kazakhstan students won the World Robot Olympiad in robotics held in Panama City. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Education, "Adyrna" national portal reported.
According to the Ministry of Education, 6-11th grade students aged 10-19 from more than 80 countries competed in the competition.

Doda's mission is to identify and support talented students in robotics design, programming, engineering, and other innovative educational technologies.

According to the results of the world Olympiad in robotics, three Kazakhstani teams won prizes.

They:

2nd place (silver) in the "Future Engineers" category - 10th graders from Astana Ansar Saurbaev and Amir Karabaev;
3rd place (bronze) in the "Robo Mission" category - 8th-9th grade students of Astana, Vagiz Disembayev and Zhanarys Kaparov;
3rd place (bronze) in the "Future Engineers" category - 11th-grade students from Kyzylorda, Maxim Usoltsev and Dinmuhamed Abdiev.
For example, the World Robot Olympiad was first held in Singapore in 2004 as the 1st Robot Competition-Festival. Kazakhstan has been participating in this Olympiad since 2014.
