A woman who sold a non-existent car in Kyzylorda region was caught, "Adyrna" reporter reported referring to turkystan.kz.
A 27-year-old woman was arrested in Kyzylorda for selling non-existent cars by making false advertisements on the Internet.
"A 27-year-old citizen who had a previous conviction published a false advertisement on the Internet site for selling cars. Residents interested in buying the car were asked to send funds in advance to remove the advertisement. In this way, a woman looking for an easy prey sold non-existent cars. Now the involvement of the suspect citizen in other crimes is being investigated," Kyzylorda regional police department said.
According to the agency, pre-trial investigations are being conducted under Part 2 of Article 190 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
