Now the restriction on legionnaires will be lifted. Adilet Barmenkulov, president of the Football Federation of Kazakhstan, made a statement about this, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
He said that the restriction on foreign legionnaires in football will be removed from this year, and explained the benefits of this for Kazakh football.
"In the last 15 years, there have been various experiments related to the contribution of legionnaires. However, it did not give significant results. You yourself have seen it and know it well. That is why we conducted an examination in the last 2 years and adopted a rule," said Justice Barmenkulov.
