The Iranian military has begun combat readiness measures amid escalating tensions with the United States and Israel. The armed forces have deployed “Khorramshahr-4” hypersonic missiles at underground launch facilities. This was reported by the Fars News Agency, citing a source within the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), according to Adyrna.

For the first time, Iran’s Armed Forces have placed Khorramshahr-4 hypersonic ballistic missiles in underground bunkers.

According to the source, the missile can reach speeds of up to Mach 16 outside the atmosphere and approximately Mach 8 within the atmosphere. Its flight range is about 2,000 kilometers, and it can reach Israeli territory in around 10 minutes.

It is worth noting that last summer, the Israeli military struck warehouses where Khorramshahr-4 missiles were stored. Following those attacks, Iranian authorities stated that the country’s missile capability had been fully restored.
