Putin's aide Maxim Oreshkin announced that they will do everything possible to stop the SWIFT banking system from being in demand in Russia, writes the national portal "Adyrna".
"With SWIFT, it's very easy: we make it so that you don't have to. I've talked about it, and it's already a major challenge. We are now focusing on making foreign economic activities as convenient as possible," said Oreshkin.
We remind you that at the end of May, the EU agreed on the sixth package of sanctions against Russia. One of its clauses considered the disconnection of many Russian financial organizations from the SWIFT payment system.
