President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev on his election victory. This was reported by the press service of Akorda, the national portal "Adyrna" wrote.
In turn, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev noted that the agreements reached during his official visit to Baku would be the main orientation in comprehensive strengthening of bilateral relations.
The heads of states also discussed joint tasks for the further development of the Kazakh-Azerbaijani strategic partnership.
