"In a few months, 3,248 Kazakhtani immigrated to Russia. This statistic is 1505 people more than last three months. Most of the citizens left Kostanay and Karaganda regions. For example, 509 people moved from Kostanay region to the Russian Federation, 363 people moved from Karaganda region," the report says.
