The Judo World Championship will be held in Kazakhstan

The Judo World Championship is set to take place in Kazakhstan in 2027, reports the national portal “Adyrna” During his visit to Budapest, Minister of Tourism and Sports, Erbol Myrzabosynov, met with the President of the International Judo Federation (IJF), Marius Vizer. “Good news for judo fans! We have reached an agreement to host the Judo World Championship in Kazakhstan in 2027. This is a great honor for our country and a significant opportunity for Kazakh athletes, as the championship will be held right before the Los Angeles Olympics. Additionally, we have reached an agreement to open a representative office of the International Judo Federation Academy in Kazakhstan. I am confident that this initiative will greatly contribute to improving the professional skills of our athletes and coaches,” he wrote.
