Journalist Dauren Abdiraman, an activist of the Turkestan region, wrote an open letter to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, saying that the upcoming election of district governors could aggravate inter-tribal conflicts and fuel tribalism in the southern region, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
