Adyrna" reports that the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced that it has suspended military operations in Karabakh since 12:00 on September 20 (Moscow time).
"An agreement was reached on the cessation of anti-terrorist measures in Karabakh," the agency said in a statement.
However, according to the Karabakh side, shelling continues.
