The National Security Committee has answered a question about the first deputy head of the department, Samat Abish, who is a relative of the President, the national portal "Adyrna" reports.
"According to the inquiries, the first deputy chairman of the National Security Committee, Samat Abish, is in office. He is currently on annual leave," the statement notes.
