"The National Security Committee has detained a number of people, including a foreign national, on suspicion of espionage, high treason, illegal collection and disclosure of state secrets.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted under Article 175 (1) (treason), Article 176 (espionage) and Article 185 (3) (illegal collection and disclosure of state secrets) of the Criminal Code.
It was noted that the investigative court had chosen a measure of restraint in the form of arrest against a group of people.
