Renowned journalist Aikerim Yesenali has been appointed as the Director of Orda FM Radio. The news was shared by the journalist herself on her social media account, according to the national portal “Adyrna”.
“This is, of course, a great responsibility and a sign of trust. My goal is to lead the radio station, which has already found its audience in Astana and Almaty, toward new opportunities. I’d like to thank my colleagues and media managers who have placed their trust in me. This isn’t just a new position — it’s a new space of creativity and responsibility for me,” she wrote.
Aikerim promised exciting new projects and fresh initiatives at Orda FM in the near future.
She studied philology at Korkyt Ata University from 2004 to 2008.
From 2008 to 2010, she worked on the “Tansholpan” program on the “Kazakhstan” TV channel, and in 2010 she became an editor and presenter at the “Khabar” Agency. Since 2010, she has been working at “Love Radio”.
From 2013 to 2014, she hosted the talk show Aiel Bakyty (Women’s Happiness), and in 2015 she presented The Voice of Kazakhstan and Salem, Kazakhstan!. Between 2016 and 2019, she held various positions such as chief producer, presenter, and department head at several TV channels.
In 2020, she led the mega project Egiz-Lebiz, and since 2022, she has been hosting the program Omir Korkem (Life is Beautiful). She has also served in PR and expert roles at the Senate and strategic institutes.
