In the East Kazakhstan region, a former convict bit the finger of a local policeman in retaliation, the national portal "Adyrna" reports with reference to "Polisia.kz".
The man was pardoned and released from prison. He was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for a moderate crime.
He said he was walking down the street when he met a local police officer who had been monitoring him. Deciding to take revenge, he broke the windshield of his official car and bit the finger of a police officer.
