The third stage of the QOLDA emergency assistance program, developed by the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia in partnership with the Chevron company, has been completed. The main goal of the program was to support civil initiatives to minimize the negative consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and effectively respond to acute social problems, the Adyrna national portal reports.
Between August and December 2021, 16 regional NGOs provided comprehensive assistance and assistance to 16,423 beneficiaries in 14 regions of Kazakhstan. The Qolda 3.0 program brought together community members with fresh ideas to improve the quality of life of social categories and build an inclusive future.
