By the order of President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, Talgat Zhumagulov has been appointed as a Spokesman for the President, Adyrna national portal reports.
He has served as Chairman of the International Information Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Chief of Staff, Chief of the Press Service, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Israel, the Permanent Mission to the OSCE, and the Senate Press Service.
Talgat Zhumagulov graduated from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abylai Khan and a master's degree from Harvard University (USA).
