Mediation is an institution formed in the experience of the countries of the world, a reflection of a modern democratic society. In this direction, the Law on Mediation, adopted in the country in 2011, revived the tradition of settling disputes handed down from ancestors and gave a new impetus.
The number of professional and public mediators in the region as a whole is increasing every year. Today, their number is about a thousand. Since 2016, the Mediation Office has been operating in Dostyk Uyi, located in Kyzylorda. Collaborative relations with 45 mediators have been established in the field of ethnomediation.
