President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev has introduced amendments to the Tax Code, according to a statement published by Akorda and reported by “Adyrna.”
“The Head of State has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget’ (Tax Code) and related legislative acts regarding its implementation,” the statement from Akorda reads.
The signed law introduces changes and additions to the Tax Code that has been in effect since 2017. The amendments include the update of certain provisions, the removal of outdated or duplicate regulations, and the adoption of targeted tax measures.
