Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva met with Nurzhan Tolegen, an ethnic Kazakh entrepreneur living in France, reports Adyrna.

Nurzhan, who was born in the Ili region of China, now resides in Paris. Deeply passionate about Kazakh spiritual heritage, he recently launched his own brand under the name Tolegen Paris and introduced a luxury perfume called “Kiz Jibek.”
“Nurzhan Tolegen emphasized that this fragrance revives the essence of the 17th-century Kazakh lyrical epic Kyz Zhibek. A visit he made to Kazakhstan a few years ago had a profound impact on his life, inspiring the creation of this brand — a new bridge between East and West. I encourage everyone to support such creative, proactive, and patriotic youth. This is a shared responsibility for all of us. I wish Tolegen success and prosperity in his endeavors!” the Minister said.
