We remind you that on September 26, the court No. 2 of the Baikonur district of Astana sentenced Kairat Satybaldy to six years of imprisonment.
"If the defendant or his defenders do not appeal the court decision within 15 days after the announcement of the verdict, he will be transferred to the OV-156/20 colony located in East Kazakhstan. This institution is special and intended for former law enforcement officers. OV-156/20 is a medium-security institution of the penal system "If the convicted person files an appeal, he will remain in the pretrial detention center until it is considered," the report said.
