The spring flood caused chaos in some regions of the country. The situation in Abay, Aktobe and Kostanay regions is especially complicated. Volunteers of the "Youth Spirit" youth wing of the "AMANAT" party are helping the flood-affected families.
According to Alisher Tynyshtyk, chairman of the Aktobe regional branch of the youth wing, volunteers are never left behind during emergency situations in the country.
