Starting from May 21, applications will be accepted for grants to implement new business ideas in Kazakhstan, reports Adyrna correspondent.
According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, in the first phase, 4,500 people across the country will receive non-repayable grants. The amount of each grant is 400 MCI (1,572,800 tenge). Each participant can receive the grant only once.
“The grant funds will help aspiring entrepreneurs unlock their business potential, set up and develop production, and thus ensure a stable income for themselves,” the statement says.
Application procedure:
• register on the portal;
• undergo an eligibility check based on the grant conditions;
• download the business plan template, fill it out, and upload it to the portal;
• complete the application form and sign it using a digital signature (EDS).
If there is no access to the internet or a computer, applications can be submitted at self-service areas in career centers or public service centers.
