A number of events will be held this week with the participation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. This was announced by the Akorda press service on May 26, according to a report by “Adyrna.”
On May 28–29, President of Rwanda Paul Kagame will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan. During the visit, prospects for developing bilateral cooperation will be discussed, and a number of documents will be signed.
On May 28, a meeting will take place with Anke Rehlinger, President of the Federal Council of Germany.
From May 28–29, President of North Macedonia Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova will pay a working visit to Kazakhstan.
On the same dates, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković will also arrive in Astana on a working visit.
On May 29, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will participate in the Astana International Forum (AIF) and hold a series of meetings with heads of official delegations, as well as with leaders of international organizations and companies.
On May 30, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan. That same day, the first “Central Asia – Italy” summit will be held with the participation of leaders from regional countries.
On May 31, the President will attend an event dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repression and Famine.
