ARDOS-Zhurek Association of People with Disabilities presented Ten Qogam mobile application for people with disabilities. In addition, it provides access to systematically accurate information on the rights, benefits, education, employment and many other issues for people with disabilities in all regions of Kazakhstan. The project is implemented in partnership with Chevron under the Qolda 3.0 ambulance program developed by the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA).
Recently, the North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev hosted a presentation of the mobile application "Ten Qogam". Today, the application can be downloaded from the Play Market.
