A storm struck in Turkestan region, and 2 districts were left without electricity. This was reported by the press service of the regional railway station, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
According to the management, the wind gusts are strong in Sayram, Sauran, Baidibek, Otyrar, Ordabasy, Tolebi, Tulkibas, Sozak districts and the cities of Turkestan, Kentau, Arys. More than 2,000 subscribers are not connected to the electricity network in Baydibek and Sauran districts.
"Daily duty was carried out in water bodies and warehouses in the region and control was taken. Due to the storm, all educational centers in the city of Kentau were transferred to remote learning, and kindergartens were temporarily suspended.
Restrictions have been placed on the operation of markets and shopping centers and facilities with a large concentration of people. Communal services of the district and cities have moved to work in an enhanced mode," said the press service of the TJD.
