In Almaty region, members of a large family were poisoned by an unknown substance, and five people died, the reporter of "Adyrna" reported, referring to the press service of the Department of Emergency Situations of Almaty region.
The tragedy happened on May 4 in the village of Kolachy. At 4:04 p.m., the Department of Emergency Situations of Almaty Region received a report that six people (two adults and four children) were poisoned by an unknown substance in a private house in the village of Kolashi, Yeltay Rural District, Karasai District.
"As a result, a man (father) born in 1984 and four children (daughter born in 2010 and sons born in 2008, 2013, 2018) died in the intensive care unit. The preliminary reason is poisoning with an unknown substance," TJD wrote.
In order to determine the situation, the research fire laboratory of TJD, gas service and SES were immediately sent to the place of call. Initially, the collected material was handed over to the district police of Karasai district.
