8,600 people will be relocated from the densely populated southern regions to the labor-scarce northern and eastern regions, reports the national portal "Adyrna" with reference to qazaqstan.tv.
2800 of them live in Kyzylzhar region. Since the beginning of the year, 260 families have set foot on South. Starting this year, within the framework of the national project "Strong regions - the driver of the country's development", each family will receive a mobility certificate in the amount of 4 millions tenge for the purpose of purchasing housing.
That is, if previously citizens lived in shelters offered by local administrations, now they can choose them themselves. Responsible bodies are ready to welcome visitors to the region. There are 5,000 vacant jobs in North Kazakhstan. There is a shortage of specialists especially in the fields of education, agriculture, construction and healthcare.
