"I am deeply saddened to learn of the loss of life and casualties in the devastating earthquake in Nepal. On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on my own behalf, I express my condolences to you and the families who lost their loved ones. "I wish for the speedy recovery of those affected by the natural disaster and return to the families of the missing citizens," the telegram says.
