Finally, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in today's summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). The Kremlin, expressing its regret, is interested in Armenia's participation in this meeting, even at the level of experts. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian president, who answered the question of the URA.RU agency, the "Adyrna" national portal reported.

"Of course, I regret that Armenia did not participate in this summit. We hope to have expert participation. We expect Armenia to continue its work within the CSTO," said Peskov.

On November 23, the CSTO summit will be held in Minsk. Russia will be represented by President Vladimir Putin. The leaders of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan from Central Asia arrived at the meeting before others.

It should be noted that today it has been a year since the Kazakh politician Imangali Tasmagambetov was appointed the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

He was appointed to the position of the General Secretary of the Collective Security Treaty Organization for a three-year term (from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025) by the decision of the CSTO on November 23, 2022.
