- By the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Shakenovich Zhakypbayev has been appointed Chairman of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, - the statement reads.
Askar Zhakypbayev was born in 1963 in the East Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Semipalatinsk Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute, Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics.
