Islam Satpayev, bronze medalist of the 2024 Olympic Games and a member of Kazakhstan’s national shooting team, won the Asian Championship held in Shymkent. This was reported on August 21 by the press service of the National Olympic Committee, according to Adyrna.
The athlete claimed the gold medal in the 10-meter air rifle event, scoring 250.1 points in the final. The silver medal went to China’s Lu Dingke with 249.8 points, while South Korea’s Park Hajun earned bronze with 228.7 points.
