According to experts, the problems are caused by malfunctions in the platform software. Their removal is still ongoing.
"Today in the first half of the day there was a failure in the software of the platform, on which the functioning of telephony services depends. Currently, the company's specialists are making every effort to promptly eliminate the technical failure and restore telephony services in Kazakhstan. The company apologizes to its customers for the inconvenience", - commented Sara Bakirova, Director of Communications Department of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
