According to the decision, the convict Gulmira Satybaldy will compensate the material damage in the amount of 6.5 billions tenge in favor of the victim Alagozov by returning 43.25% of ordinary shares of GALANZ bottlers JSC in kind.
The amount of moral damage was estimated at 1 million tenge.
Before that, Tursingali Alagozov requested the court to return 43.25% of his shares as a civil lawsuit. According to them, this is necessary for the continuation of JSC's work. And 35% of shares were requested as moral damages.
