Restrictions related to coronavirus have been officially lifted in Kazakhstan, the national portal "Adyrna" reported. This was announced by the Ministry of Health.

"In connection with the notification of the World Health Organization about the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, the stabilization of the epidemiological situation of the coronavirus infection in Kazakhstan and the world, the General State Sanitary Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides for restrictive measures to combat the coronavirus infection among the population in educational organizations, as well as in the "Ashyq" project the decrees of the doctor have been revoked," it was said on the ministry's website.

Thus, Resolution No. 5 of May 19, 2023 of the Chief State Sanitary Physician of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On cancellation of some decrees of the Chief State Sanitary Physician of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was signed.
