As part of the search, more than 150,000 tons of soil and rocks were removed from the crater in Maykayin, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"On January 13, rescuers went to the bottom of the collapsed area to determine the fall of soil and stones to the place where the bus was located. The risk of landslides remains. Work continues to widen the convoy road so that equipment can pass to the bottom of the collapsed area. Heavy equipment works around the clock. More than 150,000 tons of soil and rocks have been removed since the start of work," the Emergency Situations Department of Pavlodar region reported on Saturday.

We remind you that on the night of January 4, a bus carrying four passengers fell into a ditch in the territory of Maykayinaltyn JSC, near the shaft of the Maykayin mine.

And on Tuesday, Minister of Economic Affairs Syrym Sharipkhanov reported that there were 5 meters left to the bus.
