The Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) says Gennady Golovkin and Riota Murata's April 9 fight was a success. This was reported by the national portal "Adyrna" with reference to Sports.kz.
The fight between Golovkin and Murat for the WBA Super and IBF middleweight titles took place in Saitama (Japan). GGG defeated his opponent by technical knockout.
Earlier, VADA reported that the boxers were tested for prohibited substances. Testing confirmed that both athletes were "clean".
