A resident of Karagandy region did not know the name of the mayor of the region. A video of journalist Askhat Niyazov, who did not know the name of the mayor when he asked a resident of Karaganda region, went viral, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
Interestingly, in the video, the journalist was with the mayor.
"I do not know. "I saw it in the newspaper, but I have forgotten it," said the resident to the journalist's question.
When the mayor of the Karaganda region, Jenis Kasymbek, who was with the journalist, was shown, the resident was confused. The journalist asked the resident, "What do you have to say to the mayor?" he asked.
