Yerlan Saparuly Baizhanov was appointed Executive Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Belarus, Permanent Representative to the CIS Statutory Bodies, including the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Lao People's Democratic Republic dismissed from executive positions;
Kanat Kobylandyuly Tumysh was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, he was relieved of the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
"Askar Asanuly Beisenbayev has been dismissed from his executive positions, including the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Belarus, Permanent Representative to the CIS Statutory Bodies," the report said.
