New rules for theoretical exams have been introduced in specialized public service centers. Now the organizational and technological processes of taking the exam are carried out by the State Corporation. In the past, this was done by outsourcing companies.
This innovation is connected with the frequent complaints of clients about low-quality service in specialized CSOs of "Government for Citizens". In order to eliminate such inconveniences, the State Corporation decided to organize the testing process independently. Thus, not only the quality of the test, but also its safety increases.
At the same time, we note that earlier theoretical testing was conducted using the Road Traffic Rules 2.0 system. From October 16, the State Corporation moved to the new 3.0 system of traffic rules. Thanks to it, the process of obtaining a driver's license is open and fair.
