A state of emergency has been declared in three districts of Aktobe. This was announced by Nurgali Zhunusov, the head of the Aktobe Oblast Emergency Situations Department, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"A state of local emergency has been declared in three districts of the region. The situation is difficult in Kob, Mughalzhar and Temir. There is no connection to 16 settlements in the region. More than 130 houses were flooded," the report said.
